These terms apply when you shop at Framples. All prices shown include Swedish VAT (25%).

Prices & payment

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe with card or Klarna. We never see your card details — they go directly to Stripe.

Shipping

We ship as small, light letters with PostNord within 1–2 business days of ordering. Free shipping on orders over 499 kr, regardless of destination country.

14-day right of withdrawal

Under Swedish distance-selling law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving your order. This applies to unopened, unused samples in their original packaging — for hygiene reasons we unfortunately cannot accept opened bottles back. Contact us at hej@framples.com before sending anything back.

Authenticity promise

Every sample is hand-decanted from genuine, original bottles bought from authorised retailers — we never sell copies, clone fragrances, or testers marketed as an original bottle. If something is ever not as described, contact us and we will resolve it under Swedish consumer sales law.

Governing law

Swedish law applies, including the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. Disputes can be referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
