Framples collects minimal personal data and never sets cookies. This page explains, concretely, what we store, why, and how to exercise your rights.
What we store
Orders
When you place an order we store your email address and country so we can ship it and handle any returns. This data is kept for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires accounting records to be retained (at least 7 years).
Anonymous analytics
We use no third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and never set cookies. Every visit is hashed into an anonymous session id that rotates daily and cannot be traced back to you or your IP address — your IP address is never stored. We only log the page, approximate country (from Cloudflare), device type (mobile/desktop), and the external referring site as a domain name.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter we store your email address until you unsubscribe by emailing us.
Who we share data with
We use two data processors: Stripe handles payments (card details never reach us), and Cloudflare hosts the website and database. We never sell or share data with ad networks.
Legal basis
Order data is processed to fulfil the purchase agreement with you and to comply with bookkeeping law. Anonymous analytics is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, since it cannot be linked to you as a person. The newsletter is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Contact us at hej@framples.com and we will help, usually within a few days.
No ad networks
We use no ad networks, tracking pixels, or third-country tools. All statistics stay in our own database at Cloudflare, within the EU.
Change your choice
You can change your anonymous-analytics choice at any time by clearing site data for framples in your browser (e.g. under cookies/site data) — the choice banner will then reappear on your next visit.
